Dear Sir/Mam, I have a mild fever 99, throat pain, cold, weakness for last 2 days. Please suggest a medicine for which I have to take. Thank you so much for your prompt reply

Tab Azithral 500 once a day for 3 days Syrup Grilinctus 10 ml thrice a day for 3-5 days Tab Dolo 650 twice to thrice a day for 3 days after food Also increase intake of food/water throughout the day.

warm water gargles two to three times a day
