For large intestine (colon) scanning which gives s detailed analysis, & clear picture - Colonoscopy or CT scan abdomen plain+contrast. Which is better. Thank you.

Both are different modes of investigation. They should be considered as complementary to each other. Colonoscopy gives the idea about inside the colon. CT scan or MRI will tell about outside the colon ; any growth,  or adhesions with the other organs.
