My first ivf is failed, second cycle I. E. Fet is done at 18 mar, but till now i don't find any symptoms like vaginal discharges, and etc, is it possible to get the positive results in bcuz test without any discharges, and symptoms of pregnancy. Plz let me clear my doubt, is possible to get the positive result of pregnancy without any discharges.
