I'm neela of age 32....having two children.. 15 months before I had my delivery.... Now feeling fatigue... Headache....gave for blood test... Results came.. I have low haemoglobin of level 8.3...i have account range 67.08...mch range of 20.30...mchc range of 30.26...all other values normal... What to do...pls give suggestion
