My 2 month old baby who is exclusively breastfed is suddenly refusing breastfeed post vaccine(6 in1 immunization) .. she has no swelling , pain fever or cold ... already tried giving her paracetamol bt she refuses to latch at all and cries inconsolably even when i pull her towrds breast please help there is sudden feed aversion

They can be irritable, have mild fever or be unsettled. If Crocin drops/paracetamol does not help it maybe a good idea for a physical review. I hope stools are normal and there are still wet nappies with urine?
