Refractive surgery for Keratoconus

I'm 23 years young female and have a power of 7.5 in both eyes and suspect keratoconus. Doctors advised me to do ICL but I'm scared since it's an intra ocular process and changes of developing cataract soon, is there any other option of refractive surgery? Or ICL is save?

You have only informed about approx sph number , If Cylindrical number is high And Its increasing Then The best option before surgery is C3r.
