My  4 month old baby is formula fed .Takes 120 ml per feed ,sometimes he gags as if has tasted something bitter and coughs ,his drooling has increased .Doesn't do tummy time for more then 5 minutes ,he is not trying to reach and grab.Rolled from tummy to back a few times ,pushes with legs, makes eye contact ,smiles .How do I help him .

Its normal for the age, just keep monitoring him for his development and compare with the same age kid for an idea

You need to do burping after the feeding for at least 15 minutes your baby problem is because of the gases

Is he cooing, making sounds? Is he holding head when in sitting position or pulled to sit? Is he holding a rattle placed in hand? Is he batting at objects ie swinging his arms slapping objects?
Next Steps
Continue putting him on tummy for 5mts but frequently. Place toys around.
