Hi Reduce diets high in phosphate or phosphorous, limit foods that are high in photo such as breads, snacks, beverages, processed and packaged red meats, all frozen meals, products containing additives and class 1 and 2 preservatives and identical flavouring substances, Milk substitutes like cheese etc..Mayonnaise , high fructose corn syrup, maple syrup etc.. to be limited or avoided for reducing bills phosphorous levels to an extent.
