Reduced mouth opening

Cant open mouth properly due to chewing tobacco. need serious help. mouth open upto 2.5 cm . i am afraid of surgery and my symptoms are similar to oral submucous fibrosis. pls mention any medications. ihave been chewing for past 2 year and now left it completely.

with opening less than 3.4 cm and history of tobacco, it ilooks like you have oral submucous fibrosis, best treatment for you will be Steroid and Enzymal injections for 4 months every 15 days. this will impove and you may not need a surgery.
