Pls advise how I can reduce my belly fat. .am 28 years old with 80 kg...5.5 inch is my height... Pls advise...whether I can keep diet...

I advice u to follow a low fat carbohydrate diet. also regular Exercises, yoga,walikg, belly fat specific Exercises can help u in this matter.

Hi, hope you are well. To lose weight you should eat low calorie and low fat diet. Avoid eating deep fried foods, junk foods, cheese, butter, and sweets and ice cream. Apart from this make sure that you eat breakfast with good protein everyday like oats with milk. Make dinner very light meal. Have 3 fruits and few nuts every day. Drink lots of fluid, atleast 2 litres every day. And do brisk walk for 45 mins along with some ab exercises daily. Hope this helps. For a personalized diet plan you can ping me for an appointment.
