You can start your day with 2 cups of plain water. Eat a complete breakfast containing some portion of cereal, milk, protein with added essential minerals and vitamins. After 2 hrs take a fruit. After a gap of 2.5 hrs. Have a lunch. Salad, vegetables, dal, curd and roti. Around evening you can take some small snack which is fiber rich and dinner after 3 hour and keep a gap of 2 hr between your dinner and going to bed. Also add 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. Also keep on sipping water for better metabolism of the body.
