M 20 years old and my chest is so heavy plz tell me some medicine oil or exercise to reduce my Brest size without any side effects

Its natural and genetically determined.. There are no medicine to reduce the size... Ignore the eyes of men, be confident...use a properly supporting Bras... What i am trying to say is " its not a curse"
