Redness slowly increasing

Intially the redness was hard to recognise in Feb 2022 , than redness increased in color and started to irritate me while eating , now it feels burning , irritation , redness area spreading from its initial occurred area with ulceration now . I asked and requested dentist for tissue test 2 months ago and last 3 days ago . I dont understand why they kept prescribing me antioxidant etc . I said them symptoms adding one after another , redness increased , lesion is getting bigger For what you as dentist waiting . I insisted them to go for a biopsy . Look at the image of the lesion now attached with the post

Redness and ulceration may be due to aphthous or traumatic ulcer.avoid spicy,hot ,allergic foods.vit.B containing tablet along with clohex mouthwash has to be used.

It's an apthus ulcer /mouth ulcer causing the symptoms like irritation,burning & redness along with difficulty in eating foodstuffs ,no need to worry .
