Redness on the tip of penis

I have been redness with out any itching, paining since 1 year, i went for blood tests twice everything is normal. I have used anti fungal, anti bacterial, anti viral creams and medicines as doctor prescribed. Also please note no pain while doing sex but redness appears and disappears after and before sex. kindly let me know how to resolve the issue.
