Hello A. You have provided me the self made diagnosis...You did not mention any symptoms...So it is very difficult to make diagnosis B. In general for allergic conjunctivitis we advise to avoid rubbing eyes,cold compresses along with mild antiallergic eyedrop  like olopatadine eyedrop twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears For better guidance, kindly share your symptoms
