I problem facing from redness of eye I am taking allegra 120 .is allegra 120 is suitable for my redness of eye... please answer..

Allegra 120 only works partially in case of eye. Oral tablets are not the first choice for treatment of eye conditions. You can try using some lubricant eye drops (tear drops). However, visit an Ophthalmologist in case the problem persists.
