Redness, mild inflammation and itching

I am a 33 yrs old male and suffering from itching and mild inflammation near the anal opening. It gets worse after defecation, there is no piles or fissure issue. On applying coconut oil I feel better. It also gets worse when there is sweat. I never had this issue until now. What to do?

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes, towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
