Redness in right eye for 10 days

There's a redness in my right eye for over 10 days. The redness increases by the evening and it starts itching too. No known allergies. Applying ciplox drop for the past 4 days but still no result. Could anyone please suggest what to do!

Hell This could be due to allergy Try A. Cold compresses B  use antiallergic eye drops Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share close up pic for evaluation
