Since saturday morning when i wake up my left eye was very red in these 4 days redness has faded to lot of extent but my left eye is looking bit smaller than other NOTE-ther was slight itiching in left eye but i did not itch my eyes second i did not felt any pain i am 20year boy with no pre existing health condition nor any vision problem

Hi .. Could be some infection ...difficult to decide from here. You can  try using Moxicip kt eye drops 3 times, just tears 3 times and see, if gets better . Else see a doctor.
