My kid who is 8 years old having redness in both the eyes from the last 3 days. In the morning it has sticky discharge (yellowish) from the eyes.

Vigamox eye drops 2hrly + Tobrex eye drops 2 hrly  gradually decreasing frequency as redness & discharge decreases, if you don't get relief within 3-4 days ,consult local ophthalmologist.

Hi, your kid is most likely tone suffering from acute conjunctivitis both eyes. He requires some antibiotic eye drops.
Next Steps
you can start on tobramycin eye drops , 1 drop 3 times a day for 1 week.
