Last night I rubbed my left eye before sleeping. Today morning I can see the left eye is inflated and it's hurting. Also, eye has become red.

Incase the pain persists till evening please see your Ophthalmologist It can be anything from insect bite ,infection or allergic reaction

Cold compression twice daily Use eyedrop lubrex 1 drop 6 times daily If not resolved by tomorrow then visit local ophthalmologist

Hi, It could be allergic reaction.  You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for 15 days. Please consult ophthalmologist if symptoms persist even after 2 days of using eye drop.

you might need antibiotics steroid drops.  please consult ophthalmologist.
