This could be "computer vision syndrome" . You need to take a break of half a minute every 25-30 minutes where you close your eyes gently and then open again and work after 30 seconds. Blink consciously more often when on the computer.. can do ice compresses at home and use lubricant eye drops at work 4-5 times a day. If not better, see an eye doctor.
