I am having reddishness in left eyes and keep feeling a sort of strain in the eye the whole day. I consulted eye doctor at Narayana nethralaya and she has given Myticom eye drops. But no use. It's been a week now. Can you please guide me on this .

are you a regular computer or smart phone user. if so it could be computer vision syndrome.  use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes don't sit facing towards A.C..
