Docter said it happened due to blood vessel damage during operation and there isno neex to worry as it will get fine in 7-10 days. Please help me with this. My mother eye will be fine and in how much time? Will this redness be over or not? Is this anything.  serious or i should take her to any other docter? Kindly help.

As your doctor advised, it's most probably a subconjunjunctival hemorrhage (bleeding from small vessels underneath the conjunctiva - white part of the eye). It can happen during an eye surgery as we use small instruments during the surgery which can cause this bleeding. Not to worry as it takes about 7-10 days for the blood to resolve on its own.
