Redness and Itching In Legs Due to Walk

Due to walking and jogging regularly in the morning and not changing under garments on a daily basis some redness and itching has occurred near that part on the legs. It happens sometimes but I don't do anything and it gets cured automatically after some time. Attaching picture for your reference. Please suggest the cream, medicine etc.
