I cannot sleep the whole night due to itching all over my body. It's been two days and there is redness also on the entire body.

If redness is also there along with severe itching you need a proper consultation, online if physical is not possible. To get some relief you can take a levocetrizine 10mg tablet from a nearby chemist , until you go for consultation. if its red bumpy lesions with itching it could be urticaria, which itself could be because of multiple causes. hope it helps!
