My sister is experiencing redness and itchiness in eyes-not sure what it is because of. Tried ciplox drops twice a day but still not completely well. Any suggestion what it is due to & how to cure it?

She might be having allergy and dryness. Please share a close up pic of her eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
