My daughter aged 1 year 1 month having problem of red skin of vaginal area from 2 days.I have applied baby rash vrem but there is no effect on that reddish area.picture of same has been attached for your consideration kindly suggest what should i do??

Looks like a fungal infection. Sprinkle candid dusting powder. Avoid diapers till it heals. Keep the area dry
