Reddish pink rash

I've recently(3-4 months) noticed a small red patch on my corona of glans and near frenulum. It is reddish-pink and clearly visible due to the colour difference from the rest of the part. It is not itchy, painful, or irritating. I am circumcised and not sexually active. Please suggest a medication that could help reduce this.
