My kid is having fever since 2 days.100.9fyesterdat and today it is slightly reduced.I am giving crocin syrup 3 ml in a gap of 6hrs. I noticed her ears are reddish but does not show any irritation.please suggest any medicine of can this be ear infection

Little bit of congestion (redness) of ears during fever is normal. Nothing to worry if there is no ear pain/ itching/discharge. U can do alternate hot and cold compression over ears .Continue crocin as long as fever is there.
