I am taking vitamin c tablet due to this a red wound has occurred on roof is this harmful to take limcee can cause ulcer

It may not be due to vitamin C. Maybe due to other vitamin deficiencies like vitamin B deficiency Can be diagnosed better with a clear picture of that
