My son woke up with some redness and irritation in his genital region after sitting in a dirty diaper. It them progressed to slight inflammation and a few hours later his penis and testicles were incredibly swollen to golf ball size. He is in extreme pain. He is circumcised but he is so swollen and irritated he doesn't even look circumcised. He's 2
