Red swollen eye

My right is all swollen and red very badly. Before two days I felt some itching and irritation in it and after that it's all red and swollen. It's continuously watering and paining. I clean it with cold water serval times and pouring gluab jal. Left is a bit of swollen but not red. What could be the possible reasons and how to cure it? Where am putting up there's no access to some doctor or etc so please suggest best prevention methods. Thanks.

It seems to be case of conjunctivitis ,you can put some antibiotic eye drops 5-6 times a day along with lubricating eye drops 4-5 times at interval of half an hour between two drops ( vigamox eye drops & genteal eye drops).for 3-4 days if don't get relief you can consult ophthmologist ,there is many  government hospital in Delhi where you can consult in eye department outdoor.

Rubbing your eyes can make your symptoms worse.Place a cool compress over your eyes. Wetting a flannel with cool water and holding it over your eyes will help ease your symptoms.Avoid exposure to the allergen, if possible.....
