Hello, I got some red spots looking like eczema but without itching or any other symptoms. They appeared first on my chest, the next 2 days they appeared in my whole middle body, arms, upper legs and a few in forehead. I'm not taking medicine. Is it safe to bath every day or making it worse? I didn't have any new soap or changed my food. However they appeared in days with high heat and i walked also a lot those days. What can I do to treat them? And could it be something serious? Thank you for your time
