Hello doctor, I am not involved in sex yet. I am recently married. I tried to involve in sex yesterday for more than 3 times but wasn't completely done. I clean my penis regularly when I am taking a bath. I noticed red spots on my penis inner skin, yesterday. There were no spots like this before. I am really scared of this. Please help me to understand the reason for these spots.

Nothing to worry. This part is very soft and sensitive. May be due to rubbing. May use some lubricant gel during penetration.
