My husband is getting red spots all over his body which is itching a lot. He has been getting this on his legs, hands and chest. He has been getting these red spots quite often sometimes they are not that huge in number and sometimes his whole body is covered by it.

It is difficult to diagnose without photographs,  but considering your history,  this seems. To. Be urticaria. Urticaria can be controlled and effectively managed so that no these red itchy spots may not appear while on treatment.  Please meet a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.  You can also upload photos and take online consultation here.
