I have had a large red lump on my pubic mound that has been very sore, to the point that putting underwear on was very painful. The centre is darker and it feels like there is a pea under my skin. Earlier I had noticed that it has begun to leak a mixture of blood and pus. Risk of STI is very low as myself and my partner have had no partners before.
