I notice that having some red spots on my penis head and its Itching with pain, after urine its Itching. I wash my penis daily with regular bath soap (Dettol Cool). Pls advice for same. Even also i have small testis and i wanted to increase the size of my testis. It has not hanging. So can i increse the size of my testis? Pls advice.
