Hello I have this single red spot on my leg, not sure how I got it. It doesn't hurt or itchy. Last time I checked it was small and now it has become big. Please let me know if this is something serious. It is not at all painful or itchy or hurtful, I feel like it's normal as other area of skin. Attached is the photo
