Red Rashes under eyes and above lip

Ever since I've been back from the gym at 11 am, my under eyes and above my lip have become red and irritating. Now, a very small area of my neck is also slightly red and irritating. I come home from gym by walk, so could it have been sunburn? I had forgotten to wear sunscreen before I left the gym. I use Tretinoin 0.025% thrice a week. And I had recently started using Neutrogena Ultra Sheer sunscreen. Could that have caused anything? There was Cetrimide solution in my house, so I slightly dabbed a little on the red and irritated areas, but I felt like I had only irritated it more. So I washed my face and just applied a lot of Bioderma Atoderm Creme. What should I do to reduce this redness and irritation?

Hi, I need to examine you physically or virtually to make a diagnosis. But you should not use cetrimide solution as it can cause allergic or irritant reactions. You should apply a lot of moisturising lotion and use sun-protection.
Next Steps
Visit a dermatologist or online consultation

You are having allergic contact dermatitis. You need to use mild steroid based creams for 2-3 days. Consult online with photographs for proper treatment
