Hi , My 4 years daughter has some red rashes initially and they the start increassing.Specially on elbow,tigh,palms,legs.I consult dr and provided allegra 5 ml twice a day oral cyrup and used cream ritchy and siloderm mixi on rashes.It about one week now can't see any improvement.I am attaching some images for references.Please advise what to do.

She might be suffering from fungal infection. The medicine your dr have prescribed seems contain topical steroid. Use topical antifungal only and consult a dermatologist
