I can see small red rashes on my penis head when I pull back my foreskin. Recently i had got cuts on my foreskin edges so i applied soframycin on the affected area and also inside by pulling the foreskin back. The red coloured rashes on the penis head have appeared. What could be the cause? I was told to apply Neo Clobenex GM on them but it burns a lot. Any better solution?
