Red rashes on body

My baby boy is 2.6 weeks old. He developed these red rashes and his body is warmer than usual. But temperature is 98-98.5. He is nit active as other days. Kindly help.

This looks like atopic dermatitis which is a type of allergic rash. Please contact directly for treatment. No need to worry about this much fever
