Red pimply bumps in infant

My son, 8 month old developed pimply bumps with water in them (if we squeeze) on his right hand , total 7 no. And 1 on right cheek. Seen since 2 days. He often rub it to mouth while is feeding food. Not sure if this is due to itchy. Kindly suggest cause and remedy
