Hi my age is 29 I found red pimples on my legs few weeks ago. And before these red pimples appears my legs hurt a lot. But then disappears and after few weeks same things reappeared.. I am worried kindly suggest me what is cause of it.. is it because of my menstrual cycle ? I have attached a photo copy of re pimples on leg.. Kindly let me know. Thanks
