Red patches

I have noticed red patches in any part of my body...first time I noticed 7 years back...not all over the body but in patches like sometimes it is of 6 cm diameter or sometimes 10 cm diameter...it is on or off type...not associated with scratching or others...And I don't feel anything when patches formed my friends noticed and say again you have patch then it fades away after sometimes...I have performed complete blood count test but there is no elevation in any parameter...normal hemoglobin normal RBC normal WBC...is red patches are normal or not please give your suggestions doctor...I have no known allergy of anything...patches do not cause any irritation or itching only redness is there.
