Hi. I think you must see a dermatologist at the earliest. Your symptoms could range from variety of scalp conditions including seborrhea capitis, sebopsoriasis, p.folliculitis or scalp psoriasis or anything else. Really can't diagnose with description of symptoms alone. Pls see a specialist so that necessary medications/ shampoo/ lotion can be started.
