Shoulders pr red strach marks jese pta nhi kese ho gye h ..kuch days se exercise krna start kia tha .bcz height is 5'6" and weight is 84kg so he try to loose some weight but after few days later he had some marks on both shoulder...please answer our question ..ki marks q ho gye and how to get rid off.
