My wife is 6 months pregnant and since she has a feeling itchiness on thigh after seeing it was turn out to be a rash like thing. Please look into the attached pic

Appears like it happened  after a insect bite. Or allergic. Is it in that place only or all over the body?.If it is at one place, it will  subside in 1 to2 days.
