0 down vote favorite I am experiencing red inflamed rash that is dry and irritable along my mustache line. Also, I developed a noticeable lump along the right side of my jaw for no reason. Recently, I have noticed an increase in acne. I have been applying moisturizer on my face. I use 10% benzoyl peroxide to wash my face. I haven't been using it in this area for several months and it is still rashy. I noticed this at the beginning of the year, my mustache area was dry and flakey.
